Located between the Orb valley and the Faugérois, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Natural Park, our LANYE-BARRAC VitiFarm® wine farm is managed in mixed farming-breeding. It extends over 25 hectares in one piece, including 16.5 hectares planted with vines on schist hillsides ideally facing South, South-West and 8.5 hectares planted with holm oak forests, fruit trees and heaths. where the scrubland flourishes. More than 100 years old for the oldest and more than 10 years for the youngest, our goblet-pruned vines are cultivated naturally, in organic and biodynamic agriculture, without weedkillers, chemical fertilizers or synthetic products. Galloway cows, Merino sheep, Provence donkeys and Camargue horses graze, pre-prune and fertilize our plots. Our practice of agroecology promotes the development of a great biodiversity of fauna and flora.

Produit à Saint Chinian, cette cuvée est un vin de France, du fait de ses cépages quasi inconnus : terret blanc et terret gris. Dans le verre, ce vin à la robe d’un doré intense interpelle, mais moins que ses arômes ébouriffants d’abricot et de fleur de vigne, avec un soupçon de jamais-vu version odeur. Onctueux, gras et gourmand en bouche, on succombe à ce jus un peu fou. 17 €. lanye-barrac.fr
