In the heart of the Saint-Chinian schist terroirs, Bernhard opens the doors of his VitiFarm, a unique place where vines, animals and people coexist in perfect harmony.
The experience begins with a one-hour immersive walk through the hillsides, in the heart of the single-estate L.B.V.F vineyard, where biodiversity fully expresses itself.
From the heights, you will enjoy spectacular views stretching from the Béziers plains to the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. Along the way, you will discover the secrets of the Saint-Chinian Roquebrun appellation, biodynamic farming, and a living agricultural model where animals actively contribute to vineyard work.
After the walk, enjoy an introduction to wine tasting on our panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards and horizon, where each cuvée helps you understand, in a simple and approachable way, the connection between terroir, winemaking and wine expression.
Then comes the highlight of the experience: a brasero meal prepared in front of you by the winemaker-sommelier, trained in hospitality and gastronomy, using products from the farm. Meat from the VitiFarm livestock, seasonal vegetables, food and wine pairings with 7 estate wines… everything is carefully designed to create a sincere and gourmet experience.

🍷🔥 🍽️ WINE TASTING INTRODUCTION AND BRASERO DINNER
A sensory introduction to wine tasting followed by a brasero dinner, where estate wines and local cuisine come together in a refined and convivial experience.
On our panoramic terrace in the heart of the vineyard, Bernhard, the winemaker-sommelier, introduces you to the fundamentals of wine tasting — appearance, nose, palate and emotions — through an accessible, precise and interactive approach. You will taste 4 estate wines: 1 white, 1 rosé and 2 reds. Each wine is presented in its full context: grape varieties, winemaking methods, food pairings and direct connection with the terroir, notably through a geosensory approach to schist soils. An elegant introduction designed to refine your perceptions and deepen your understanding of wine.
The signature moment of the experience is the private VitiChef dinner, orchestrated by the winemaker himself, who comes from a hospitality and restaurant background and whose passion for local cuisine is genuine. You will enjoy a full menu (starter, main course, dessert and coffee), designed as a true culinary experience.
In front of you, he cooks farm products over the brasero: Angus & Galloway beef from our own livestock, seasonal vegetables grilled with the farm’s olive oil and homemade recipes, enhanced by estate wine pairings, with 3 additional wines served throughout the meal.
More than just a dinner, it is a staging of the terroir, where the winemaker becomes chef to extend the experience all the way to the plate.

🌿🍇🍷 WINEGROWER WALK AND WINE TASTING INTRODUCTION
A sensory experience connecting terroir, wine and emotions.
In the heart of the Saint-Chinian Roquebrun appellation, enjoy an immersive walk through the hillsides of the LANYE-BARRAC VitiFarm vineyard, between spectacular landscapes and our schist terroir. Guided by the winemaker, this one-hour loop immerses you in the reality of a biodynamic farm: landscape reading, soil understanding, the role of animals and how the VitiFarm operates, along with an introduction to the vineyard and the appellation’s emblematic grape varieties, their cultivation and expression in wine.
Back at the estate, you will be seated on our panoramic terrace facing the vineyard for a guided tasting of 6 estate wines: 2 whites, 1 rosé and 3 reds, selected to showcase the full richness of the appellation.
Hosted by Bernhard, the winemaker-sommelier, this tasting introduction teaches you the fundamentals: visual analysis, nose, palate and emotions directly connected to the terroir, through an accessible and sensory approach.

Weather Conditions – VitiChef Experience
The VitiChef experience takes place mainly outdoors on an uncovered terrace at the estate.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions making the event impossible or uncomfortable (heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong winds or weather alerts), the organizer may postpone the experience to a later date depending on the availability of both the estate and the client.
Rescheduling the booking will always be prioritized.
If no new date can be agreed upon by both parties, the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
