THE VEGETAL
Composed of a mosaic of grape varieties
Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Carignan (centenary vines), Cinsault, Terret blanc and gris, Aramon and Muscat Petit Grain.
The plant material offered by our farm is made up of different grape varieties, the oldest of which were planted before 1910 and the most recent in 2010. The biodiversity of the flora is very rich, including holm oaks, cistus, heather, 'inule... which influence the aromatic bouquet of our wines.

The goblet-pruned vines are grown naturally, in organic and biodynamic agriculture, without weedkillers, chemical fertilizers or synthetic products. The practice of agroforestry promotes the development of a great biodiversity of fauna and flora.
