 Made exclusively from two emblematic grape varieties of southern France, this cuvée highlights Cinsault and Carignan, recently promoted to main grape varieties in the specifications of the SAINT-CHINIAN appellation (alongside Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache since 2025).
 A light, fresh and harmonious wine, which perfectly embodies the fruity and digestible style of LANYE-BARRAC VitiFarm.
 Terroir
    

     
 Schistous soils, on hillsides, typical of the north of the Saint-Chinian appellation.
     
 Exposure promoting slow and steady ripening.
     
 Altitude that allows for the production of supple, elegant and balanced wines.
    
 Harvest & Winemaking
    

     
 Harvested by hand , in crates, as the name of the vintage suggests.
     
 Transport to the winery in 25 minutes by tractor, preserving the integrity of the berries.
     
 Rigorous sorting at the tank inlet.
     
 Gentle winemaking using indigenous yeasts.
     
 Short maceration to promote freshness and fruitiness.
     
 Aged in vats to preserve the crispness.
    
 Mouth
 Supple, juicy, crisp. Cinsault brings finesse and freshness, while Carignan structures the wine and gives it depth. A luscious and slightly mineral finish.

 Serve between 15 and 16°C.
