Easy-drinking, fruity, and spicy | Drink now | 2024 Vintage | Saint-Chinian AOP | 13% ABV. Syrah 90%, Carignan 5%, Grenache 5%. This new "2024 Edition" celebrates the replanting of young Carignan and Cinsault vines to perpetuate the spirit of the farm and the terroir. Born from our schist slopes where our animals graze, pre-prun, and fertilize our fields and vineyards, this wine embodies the symbiosis between the land, the vine, and the animal, expressing aromas of black fruit, spices, and minerality. Hand-harvested in crates. Vinified with indigenous yeasts. Food pairings: Easy-drinking, it's perfect for sharing with friends (like pigs!) over charcuterie boards and barbecued meats. Ideal serving temperature: Serve between 15 and 16°C. Aerate using a decanter or an aerating pourer to allow the aromas to fully develop. Best enjoyed within 6 years. Our advice: To store the wine in optimal conditions, keep it lying down, away from light, heat, and temperature fluctuations.
