A true concentrate of sun-ripened red fruits with a finish of freshness and minerality, LA COULEE DES SCHISTES is certainly the most typical vintage in our range from the schist terroir of the Saint-Chinian appellation and Languedoc.

Made only from the first juices, this light, complex and balanced wine has a nice length on the palate.



As the grape varieties are vinified separately, we can adapt the blend of the cuvée according to the climatic influence of each vintage and thus preserve the spirit of the cuvée.
