Representative of the vintage, this new "2023 edition" vintage is marked by: the acquisition of a new press.
 This allowed us to develop this nectar rich in black fruits and spices with a beautiful roundness and minerality offered by our schist hillsides, where our animals graze, pre-prun and fertilize our fields and vines .
